How does voting work?

1) Select your city and find your leader. 2) Enter your name and age for verification. 3) Verify with a one-time code. 4) Rate on 8 parameters from 1 to 5 stars. Your vote is recorded anonymously.

Is my identity revealed?

No. Your name and age are only used to generate a unique cryptographic fingerprint. This fingerprint prevents duplicate votes but cannot be reversed to identify you. All displayed ratings are 100% anonymous.

Can I vote for the same leader twice?

No. Each unique individual can vote for a specific leader only once every 30 days. This prevents ballot stuffing and ensures fair representation.

How are ratings calculated?

Ratings shown are simple averages of all votes received for each parameter. The overall score is the average across all 8 parameters. As more citizens vote, the ratings become increasingly representative.

Can leaders see who voted?

No. Leaders can only see aggregate ratings and anonymous comments. No voter identity is ever revealed to leaders, administrators, or the public.
